Crate for greywater inflow to a wetland

The inflow area of a constructed wetland needs to be large enough to allow the water to flow into the wetland unobstructed. An old milk crate with wire mesh around it can provide this function. Larger rocks should be around the inlet and outlet of the wetland to prevent clogging and overflows.
