PVC to poly tube connection

After the greywater line exits the house it transitions into a poly, or HDPE 1" tube. The black tube is attached to a barb by slip adapter, which will slip over the 1" PVC. This connection is not glued, and can act as an emergency exit for greywater in case of some unforseen clogging of the lines. If this connection ever popped open it would be a sign that something was wrong and the system would be repaired.
